Gonzalez and Arrambide Inc. answer FAQs

If we decide to utilize Gonzalez and Arrambide’s Inc. services what is the worst case scenario?

The worst case scenario is that we find no additional tax credits. At the exit briefing, we would simply tell you the person you have hired to handle your accounting books is doing an excellent job and we would advise you to continue your process. At this point our contract would be considered fulfilled and no payment would be required.

Why do accounting firms not find tax credits the first time?

CPA firms normally send a junior auditor who operates off a checklist of predetermined items. These firms often “cherry pick” or target high dollar items to minimize the amount of time spent conducting the audit. Consequently, thousands of dollars in taxes are overlooked. When we conduct an audit you can be assured that one of the two owners will personally review all of your invoices.

What are the benefits of conducting a reverse audit once every year?

Conducting a reverse audit once a year provides an accurate assessment of the previous year’s operations with regards to sales tax and it allows your company to recapture overpaid tax dollars and make them available for current operations on an annual basis.
