Ruth S. Gonzalez
Ruth S. Gonzalez is a certified public accountant with more than 22 years of Texas tax auditing experience. She graduated cum laude from The University of Texas Brownsville with a degree in accounting. Gonzalez’s extensive career includes a position with the Texas Comptroller as a senior tax auditor. She is also a member of several accounting organizations: Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants State Taxation Committee and Conference Committee, Texas Comptroller’s Taxpayer Liaison Group, American Association of Hispanic Certified Public Accountants, Rio Grande Valley Chapter of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Harlingen Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Joe E. Arrambide
Joe E. Arrambide is a graduate of The University of Texas-Pan American, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting. He has more than 25 years of multi-tax auditing experience and is a former senior tax auditor with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Arrambide is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and Rio Grande Valley Chapter of Certified Public Accountants.
